1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing NADRA Succession (nadrasuccession.site) or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our site.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You must be 18+ and a Pakistani citizen/resident to use our services.
Provide accurate information for applications; false data may lead to rejection or legal issues.
You are responsible for securing your account and not sharing login details.
Prohibited: Using our site for illegal activities, spamming, or unauthorized access.

3. Services and Payments

We facilitate NADRA applications for Succession Certificates and Letters of Administration. Fees are non-refundable except as stated. Government fees are paid separately to NADRA.

All payments are processed securely; we do not store full card details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (text, images, logos) is owned by NADRA Succession or licensed. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

5. Termination and Limitation of Liability

We may suspend access for violations. Our liability is limited to service fees paid. No consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in Karachi courts.

7. Changes to Terms
